Review content:
We hired Harbor to do our landscaping and patio. They subbed out the patio to a guy who did an awful job. They said the ""wanted to make it right"" so they offered to do a new patio for only the cost of materials. It turns out that they weren't satisfied with making money on just the first patio. After weeks of waiting for our estimate, more weeks of waiting for the work to progress (we also heard many computer/illness excuses), they told us that the cost was going to be several hundred dollars higher than the estimate. On top of that, we found out that they were padding all of the material costs by several hundred dollars. When we asked to see receipts showing the costs, they told us we would have to pay for a babysitter in order for them to take the time to find the reciepts! When we told them that we wouldn't pay any more money, they quit the job and haven't returned any of the money, even though they admit they owe us more than $2000. I wouldn't give this company any money!!!!!
