this is the biggest fraud of a company there is in castle rock. they will quote you a price before they do the job, not give you a final estimate and then blame it on there blackberry's not ""synching"" and their computers crashing. and they had over 2 weeks to get the estimate to us. they must have no idea how to use a pen and paper to get a final estimate to people, and then then when the job is done, they will send you a bill for over 200$ more than what they originally quoted you and not care. oh, and make if you do use them, they finish the job. they didnt stake our tree, and when i told them, the owner kevin blamed a stomach illness on him not doing it. after a week of waiting for him to come and stake the tree, i finally went to home depot and got the materials myself. i filed a complaint to the BBB against them. still waiting to hear back. biggest joke of a landscape company there is in castle rock
