The people who work at empire are fantastic! their portfolios where full of great custom tattoos that they had drawn so i knew that getting a small flower on my foot would be no problem. the were extremley helpfull with the flower. i had no idea how many diffrent ways and flowers i could get! but it was awsome, they made sure i got exactly what i wanted. and its better than i could have imagined. i plan on getting more. the shop is great. and all the jewelry just made me want to get everything pierced just so i could wear the jewelry! THANK YOU EMPIRE!!!!
