I have many Blessings in regards to living in Cahaba Mobile Home Estates. The owners are wonderful caring people and eager to help in any way. The park is quiet, clean and peaceful. The home I rent is very reasonable. The biggest impression on me was the response time during a holiday. New Years Eve, our power went out. We called Alabama Power, which also resonded quickly. The technician found a main on the power pole had fried. I called the park's phone number, but did not leave a voicemail because of past experiences; thought I would not get a response. Poor Judgement! I called on New Years Day, and in a very short time found (Cathy? sorry not great with names...) on my doorstep concerned as we not only had no power, but no heat. The maintenance tech had our power back on in just a few minutes. \r
New to the area, she assisted with giving me all the phone numbers of the utility companies, explicit directions to places we may need to go, and assisted with familiarizing me to this area. God Bess you and thank you for showing me there are great business owners out there that are truly caring.
Pros: quiet, peaceful, clean; Great owners, very caring and quick to assist in any way.
