The owner, who is always working the register, is probably one of the most negative people I've ever come into contact with. Absolutely oozing rudeness. I brought my kids in with me once, (ages 9 and 13 at the time) and she yelled at my son when he went to follow me upstairs, claiming there were no men allowed upstairs. My mom has been going here for many, many years and just finally decided she's had enough. She says it isn't worth leaving with such a bad feeling. She also suspects that the owner isn't honest. When my mom has consigned her things here and signed off on having them donated to charity, if they didn't sell, she then saw them on the racks the following year. It seems that the owner has found a way to make the full profit. The store is decent but appeals to women over forty and bigger sizes. It was very hard to find anything under a size 6. There is a better second hand store in Emmaus with incredibly nice staff, I'm not promoting their store and have no affiliation with them, just Google second hand stores in Emmaus.
