This is the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer. I purchased merchandise from this woman to the tune of 5 hundred dollars. When I called to let her know it was defective she told me that it was too bad and she did not want to speak to me about it. I tried to get her to at-least hear me out instead she chose to hang up on me. I suppose I will never see the money or resolve the issue but I would like to give fair warning to any one considering doing business with her or her shop Designer reruns. She is a dishonest business woman who really needs to take a few hundred classes on customer service.
