I had some 8mm video transferred to DVD with this business and the DVD was flawed, when I complained I was charged for a replacement DVD, then someone else's DVD was sent to me in Nebr. When I brought this to their attention I was assured I'd be reimbursed for shipping costs, I wasn't. I complained via e-mail and phone messages with no response. This ordeal has taken months. These business owners have made no attempt to remedy the situation..
