Review content:
We were planning a move to Bend, found some houses we wanted to view on the internet. We explained to the property management that we would only be in town for the first week of April for job orientation and would be moving the first of May. They said to give them a call when we got there. \r

So when we were there and had our schedule for the week, we called to set up appointments to view some properties. Unfortunately we had to work until 5pm everyday. THEY were unwilling to show any properties after 4:30. Told us to find a way to be available before they closed. This was not an option.\r

We eventually found another company that was very flexible and worked very hard. We found a nice property within two days and signed a lease agreement.\r

I would not recommend Deschutes for anything, the pictures on the website are deceiving. If you look at a photograh they have up and actually drive by the property, it doesn't look half as nice. \r
\r
Takes them about two days to return e-mails or phone calls also. I would hate to have an issue with a property and have to see how long it takes them to resolve it.
