I took my bike to trask mountain for a repair. It took them 5+ months for them to repair it and when i got it back the bike rattled and the mechanic scratched the body in several locations. They also charged me more for the repair then what they quoted me in the estimate and when I spoke to the owner he said it was only an estimate and it just cost more. To which I replied that he should have spoke to me first before trying to charge me more for the repairs he quoted me on but he didn't care.\r
I have receipts and pictures to prove the above if you are considering taking your bike to them and will be happy to forward them to you if you are interested. My strong suggestion is that you avoid this shop. It was the worst experience I've ever had as a customer, and when I spoke to the owner on numerous occasions to try and resolve these issues he just yelled and argued with me and tried to justify the poor workmanship and obscene amount of time it took to complete the repair. It was the worst experience I've ever had in my life so beware.
