What a graet idea; spicy noodles or rice and just the right amount of deep-fried goodness served well after the bars close. Sure, I'd probably die of heart disease within six months would that I chose to eat like this daily, but Osha is a great budget place indulge in salty, oily foods post-bar.
Pros: Open late, quick and tasty
Cons: Often loud, don't always "course-out" orders
