Same day service guarantee can get you free work done if you have the time to be rescheduled. I sceduled an appointment for them to install a faucet in my kitchen that I had purchased at Home Depot. I didn't really need the same day service guarantee, but when they tried to reschedule me because they were busy, I reminded them of their ad in the phone book about same day service. The girl put me on hold and came back on a minute later and told me that my call qualified for the same day guarantee, and that they would be out the next day to install the faucet fior free and that all I would have to pay for was the parts. Guess what? They didn't even charge me for the parts that they used off their truck. If you have the time, wait them out and let them live up to theior guarantee. It worked for me.\r

Cons: Had to wait - No big deal.
