Review content:
I called Gillece on a Friday evening before a 3 day weekend. They promptly and courteously answered the phone. I asked if they serviced the Greensburg area and they said yes, they consider all of Western Pennsylvania their service area and would be able to come out to help me that evening. Two plumbers arrived and promptly fixed my break in the lines. They had good attitudes and worked quickly. Gillece came out on an 'emergency' basis that Friday evening and knowing my family would be without running water for the next three days, they could have asked a higher than normal price and I would have had no choice but to pay it. Instead they did not overcharge me or try to put any last minute hidden fees into the bill. I have found an honest plumber and will be recommending them to my friends. I will not hesitate to call them again should I need their assistance.
