THE WORST. We paid Mackenzie Limo to take us from New York City to Atlantic City and back. They made us pay upfront on the way there. On the way back they NEVER SHOWED UP and no one answered the phone calls. Eventually after 6 hours of waiting we ended up taking another limo company home, had to pay another $80 a piece, and still have not been issued a refund 6 months later. No one answers their phones or takes responsibility for the horrible way we were treated. I've sent multiple E-Mails and phone calls which were either unanswered, or we were promised a refund htat never came. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are the most unprofessional people I've met.
