I have gone to this dry cleaners for a number of years on and off but I have finally decided not to ever go back. They have turned multiple expensive white shirts dingy yellow (had to throw them away), have had rude staff who made me feel I was bothering them, crushed buttons (which has not happened at other places), lost shirts and pants, and ruined pants with there poor hemming jobs. The final straw was taking several pairs of pants to be hemmed....each leg was pinned so it would be done correctly. They still messed up hemming the pants! After speaking to someone who told me three times I would not be charged again for the pants to be hemmed (since I had already once paid for them to do done and they messed up), the same person who told me i would not be charged went back on her word! She said I had to pay for the labor because they had a new seamstress!!! I am able to understand mistakes, but not someone who tells me one thing and does another (especially with her boss present). Not going back.
