Review content:
I love this place. I have been on this little journey to live longer and started by losing a bunch of weight (about a 7 year old). This place is helping me do that. The instructors ( go Nicole and Lisa) are great at making sure you are doing yoga or spinning in way that wont hurt you. Hope to see some more of my musician buds there.
Pros: ambiance, atmosphere, intimate training groups, great instructors.
Cons: wish they were open every day of the week (consider spiritual spinning on Sunday).
