I gotta tell you, I am completely enamored with GEAR!!!!! The spinning class is one of the best I have ever taken.\r
Lisa, the owner and head instructor, pushes you to go farther and at the same time encourages you where you are at. I leave the class drenched but thoroughly and completely satisfied that I got the most out of myself. If you want a great workout and you want to get what you PAY for.... then you definitely need to show up!!!!! And she seems to also have a knack for hiring great teachers as well. I took Yoga for the first time last week at GEAR with Nicole and I am hooked!!!!!\r
So all i can say is see you there!!!!!!\r
Pros: The space is great. Open....high ceilings....
Cons: Not more Teachers like LISA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
