First of all I want to thank World Wide Construction for making my house look good again. The thing about the house is that it was given to me by my grandparents. My mom and dad wanted to sell the house because it would cost too much to get it fixed up and remodel and they did not like the area where it is in. I fought with them to keep the house and said I could take care of it with my own money being that I have my son growing up and it was getting kind of a little bit crowded living with my mom and my dad. My son and I needed a little bit more privacy so I decided to take on the payments and fix up the house as well since it was on my name as well. Being a single parent and first time I ever owned any type of property on my own it was one of the most scariest things that I have ever done before. I wasn't sure if we would be able to keep the house as well as getting it fixed up. Out of curiosity I called World Wide construction to just to see what it would cost to get the house painted and convert the garage into a room for my son where he can listen his music and play his video games. When I called World Wide and I talked to Barbara about my situation she understood where I was coming from. She was one of the coolest people I talked to in a long time. I felt like I was talking to one of my best friends. She suggested to let the guys come out and get the estimate on the work. But at the same time she gave me some real good advice on how to get the money I needed. She told that not only World Wide had their own in house financing she even gave me the names of some lenders to help me to get a home loan. When the guys finally came out they were really great on explaining to me that I did not have to do all the repairs at once. So first I let them do the painting of the exterior and then garage conversion. This gave my son more private space and made the house look good on the outside. I know there are some more work needs to be done on the house but when I drive up to my house now I feel like I'm driving up to a Beverly Hills mention. The paint is of the hook. When I'm ready for the next work on the house World Wide will be the only contractor that I wanna work with. By the way thank you Barbara for you advice and give me a call sometimes.
