The salesman came out to our house on a Sunday night. His name is Rony. He was extremely forceful and went on how educated he was. He proceeded to show us ""professional"" work performed by the company on his laptop. He said all of his laborers were professional, that they covered-up everything with plastic, brought in a portable toilet and that everything would be professionally done. We said we would think about it but he came on heavy handed. We were desperate to get our ONLY bathroom remodeled so we gave in. First day of work, two possible illegals you would hire on a corner came in to demo the bathroom. Then they left rotten wood on the floor and were going to cover it and not replace. They exposed only the wall in the shower which revealed rotten and moldy 2 x 4's and termite damaged lumber. They left it and sprayed it with this caustic green stuff. The sprayer missed and went all over our walls in the hall and floor heater. Then they covered the walls. The entire process went from bad to worse to horrific. Every worker they sent out did not speak English and was a different ""on the corner"" individual. They used our ladders and tables and RV toilet. No portable toilet was provided. They did not cover ANYTHING. I called to complain and they sent out Meir. He said it would be fixed. The fix was far below horrific. The work proceeded by a $10 an hour Jacinto and we became extremely irritated. Then they sent out Meir and Rony again. They said it would be done right. It wasn't and work proceeded. Then we called their office demanding work stop and re-done! They sent out Eli and Rafael at 9:00 pm. They assured me it would be done properly. It wasn't! They sent out Jacinto AGAIN and we complained. Eli said he was familiar with the job and he would fix everything. He didn't and started painting telling me he was almost done. I have videos of the entire process. I called Eli again and screamed at him telling him I did not want them to continue and I would see them in court. Then I told Jacinto to leave. I had to hire another contractor to repair everything at the cost of over $5,000. I already paid Worldwide $6,900. I am filing a complaint with the Contractor's State License Board and hope this review helps any person looking for a contractor. DO NOT USE THIS OUTFIT. BEWARE! THEY ARE HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. The star below will not allow me to make it a zero! This company is far below zero. Negative 5
