Review content:
During recent rainstorm our basement became wet. My husband called Service Master in Canton for estimate to take out carpeting and padding in basement and to spray an antimicrobial spray. Estimate over phone was $825 for 1000 square feet (we had 620 square feet) of carpeting taken away and spraying antimicrobial. Did not show up for first appointment. Showed up the next day and Mike the service man said could not do the job for $825, would take more hours, had to hire a dumpster, said original estimate did not include removal of padding. Came up with second estimate for $1200. We said no and he left.\r

Next day another company came and did the same job in two hours for $325.\r
