I am relatively new to the Tampa area, and needed to find an affordable, quiet, pet friendly apartment in a safe and convenient location. After a lengthy search, I decided to sign a lease at the Oasis club (this was a little over a year ago), and I have been extremely happy with my decision to do so.
Living at the OC has been great as a dog owner. Many of the residents have pets, and my dog Jake has really enjoyed interacting with other dogs and their owners in the courtyard. When I want to take him for a longer walk, there are plenty of neighborhoods nearby. Being a pet friendly building, the OC is also very quiet, and all of the resident's pets are very well-behaved.
I would also like to mention the staff at the OC. The apartment manager James is extremely helpful, and is always willing to take the time to answer questions or address concerns. (not that there have been many). Maintenance is also great, and the one time that I did have a small concern with my AC, they were here within literally 5 minutes of me making a phone call to quickly correct the problem. Being a tenant at many apartment complexes over the years, from college to present day, I have never experienced such a helpful and professional staff.
There are lots of other examples that I can give about why the OC is a great place to live, (pool, modern design in the units... etc...) but I'll get down from my soap box and spare you! If you are like me and looking for an affordable, pet friendly, professionally staffed apartment in a great central location, do yourself a favor and check out the Oasis Club Tampa. (Okay, maybe this sounds more like an advertisement than a review, but I assure you that it is not). Just an honest review from an extremely happy tenant.
