They get your trust and provide mediocre service at best and then try and squeeze as much $$ out of you as they can. Their billing department are a bunch of crooks!! I was charged for 2 appointments that never existed and when I brought the illegitimate bill to their attention they told me to ignore it and it was a clerical error. Well here I am almost a year later after arguing with the billing department again about this bill they told me I wasn't responsible for- they reported it to a credit agency. Thanks a lot!! Honestly I realize therapy is a personal thing, but you need to feel safe in the care of professionals. These people are not professionals.
