House is nice looking but don't let good looks fool you. These houses are built as cheaply as the city of Houston's inspectors will let them get away with I made the mistake of not getting it professionally inspected before I bought it. No major problems but definitely annoying. Trying to get the problems fixed within the 1 year warranty was also annoying, for every problem they give you stupid explanations to why it was caused as if you were a moron & they try to give you the runaround to fix it.
Before you buy make sure to get a top inspector to look at it .
