I took two skirts in here to be altered on a Saturday, and was told they'd be ready the following Saturday. When I went in to collect them, I was told that they weren't done yet but they'd be sure to finish them later that day. When I arrived on Monday evening, however, the skirts still weren't ready, and I was promised they'd be ready on Tuesday. So I turned up on Tuesday -- low and behold, they still weren't done, in fact, they hadn't even been started! No apologies at all. I was then magically told they could be done within the hour, which they were, but in a very sloppy fashion. I won't be going back.
