This place has the worst service EVER !!!!!\r
First of all we our waitress never came to check on us, charged us for top shelf vodka when we said well and she was like oh well i was trained that way so what your trained to be an idiot and to overcharge your customers. \r
Who ever the managers are at this place need to re evalute what they think customer service IS. \r
Me and 6 friends had dinner before we bowled and again the service was awful from our waitress and the place was dead so i wanna know what she was doing oh wait i know she was in the corner talking on her cell phone. Im a server and i didnt even want to leave her a tip hell she should of tipped us for cleaning our own table (is there busboys) and having to get up to get ketchup, napkins from other tables.\r
Then we go up to bowl and again get a new waitress and oh yeah she got 1 drink for the 6 of us when we were up there for a good hour and Half. i think there were like 20 lanes and all together 5 were being used so again NOT BUSY yet she couldnt find time to get us drinks so we had to go down to the bar to get our own drinks\r
THIS PLACE SUCKS on Customer Service !
