Eadie's is a great idea for a restaurant. The area does need an ocean style fish house, but there are several detractors in place here. \r \r First of all Eadie's appears to have become so obsessed with offering a ton of different food choices that they seem to have lost track of what they are. The quality of what they do make has suffered due to there being so many choices. Its a case of jack of all trades master of none. They need to cut back on at least half of the menu and start focusing on making those items better. Off the top of my head besides seafood you can get, pizza, spaghetti, hot dogs, hamburgers, at least 5 types of chicken, ribs, steaks, pork, quesadillas, and on and on. Do you really want spaghetti served at a fish place? As for their ""famous"" onion rings... some of the worst rings I've had that consistantly turn my stomach, but at least the dipping sauce is good.\r \r Secondly, there staff is, for lack of a better word, annoying. The last two times I've been there I've had two different girls who both seem to be mad at the world. I don't want a server who looks upset to be serving me my food. Also, I realize that this is their place of employment and they probably spend quite a bit of time in there so it feels like home, but the professionalism is really lacking. You've got servers yelling acrossed the place at the manager, and the manager standing behind the counter yelling right back. I could understand it once or twice on food related questions, but they are talking about their personal lives so the whole place can here. Do you think I really want to hear about your child being sick in your car this morning? I want to stand up and tell them, that I am a guest, and I'm trying to enjoy my meal without you running around like you're right at home. Put the guests first, people.\r \r For the time being I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. They've got potential sure, but they've also got a lot of work to do. Pros: The decor and theme of the restaurant. Cons: The service, the food, the pricing.
