I took my car to Luka's for a simple repair. The weather stripping on both sides had been pulled off, and I needed it replaced before the rainy season. Initially, the staff did such a horrible job, that the manager held my car longer than expected to replace it a second time. That was fine with me, but even after the second time, it was still not properly attached. I can even see the plugs that hold it on from the top. So, of course it leaks. I took it back to complain, but the manager I talked to was very condescending and denied any responsibility for the shotty work. He said the lack of seal around the weather stripping was just the way it fit, and even if they did it again, it wouldn't be any better. Give me a break!
