I have gone to every restaurant in Nashville...and this by far has been the worst. It was a Sunday.. for brunch... i was looking forward to going because i have heard people enjoy the food.. however...the service was disappointing. A group of us walked in and asked for a table.. we were told there was a wait.. able to see many available tables.. however we were told to go to the bar. Ten minutes later a group walked in and was seated immediately. We were repeatedly told to go to their sister restaurant Marche... but we ordered at the bar. The entire time we were eating.. their manager was huffing and puffing when customers entered the door... acting like we were putting her out. Which was very rude. And she was very verbal in her complaining also. I have never been one to comment like this however... i have been a foodie and a customer service lover for a long time... and this was very unacceptable! Pros: ? Cons: Customer Service
