Review content:
Go to 4th Avenue Bento and eat delicious salmon for $5.95. Spruce it up with a piece of onion, garlic and a few potatoes and pay $16 here. If you don't mind paying a high premium for ""atmosphere"", than this isn't a bad place. The hamburger with blue cheese was wonderful, tops Higgins for best upscale burger. The Roasted Red Pepper soup was so-so. Their version of Pots du Creme was decent. The service is smiles, but far from above and beyond.
