Review content:
Vin has come so far- it's always been an exquisite atmosphere in which to enjoy their extensive wine-by-the-glass list, but since the current chef (Ashley Christiansen) took over the menu has been outstanding. There's something for whatever mood you're in- be it a multicourse dinner with friends or a seat at the bar with a few glasses of wine and some appetizers or small plates. The staff manages to be friendly and attentive as well as polished. Vin has definitely come a long way, and it's a destination for us almost every week. (oh and try the panna cotta...)
