i live here now and every issue you have will not get fixed, from Mold in your bathroom to no pool or fitness, you are paying for. I have mold growing above the shower, the maintance guy came out to look at it and said well i can go upstairs and make sure it isn't leaking up there, then it is up to you to make sure the mold don't grow any bigger. The pool opened about 2 weeks a head of schedule for 2 days and then it was closed again, it has been closed now for 7 days out of 9 that it has been opened. I moved in, In February and was told that there was a fitness center at this location and i was all hip on that idea, not having room for my own treadmill. It has yet to open. Keep in mind that these are amenities that come with your rent. I have not gotten to use them. If i could get out of my lease I WOULD. and i WOULD NOTTTTT recomend this apartment complex to anyone. There are kids here that are mean and will bully your kids, and managment don't care unless you get there name and number and SS number and what ever else they need to delay the process of eviction! It is not worth the 650 you pay a month plus water plus sewage...plus plus plus.... they are always adding more to your rent a month,,,,,,,,,PLease rent somewhere else if you have the option.
Pros: if you have pets, which i DIDN'T
Cons: everything, i rate it a one only cause it is making me...
