Review content:
I am a huge fan of Neiman Marcus and a loyal customer when it comes to buying make-up and the occasional DVF dress splurge. The service is always fantastic and it is rare that I leave the store without a bag in hand. However, I recently went into the store looking for a cute and COMFORTABLE pair of boots for my upcoming trip over New Years to Chicago. While all the boots were amazingly cute, I couldn't find a single pair with a comfort element or ones that were in my budget. The Sales team was so patient and understanding and to my surprise, they actually recommended another shoe store where I may be able to find what I was looking for. They recommended the most amazing little boutique just down the street in Corona Del Mar Plaza, called Sole Comfort. I made my way to Sole Comfort and sure enough, they had exactly what I was looking for. I walked out with 3 pairs of amazing boots and each were under $150! What a steal! While Neiman Marcus did not have exactly what I was looking for, I am so appreciative that they recommended Sole Comfort where I could find it. This is the epitome of true customer service- thinking of the customer's needs before their own. I will continue to be a loyal customer from here on out.
