Review content:
I would like a refund. Unfortunately there is no customer service, only a box office to take your money, not complaints. A staff member approached me while I was sitting with a friend and asked me to follow him. I got up and followed him not thinking anything was wrong. After we had gotten to a more quiet location I asked what was going on and where we were going. He said we were going to speak to his manager, I asked about what, and he insisted that I follow him and he only got paid $7.25 an hour and that I talk to his boss. Well, I never spoke to a manager or anyone that could tell me what had happened or what I had done wrong. Instead I was given two X's on my hands and told that I couldn't reenter or I would be charged with trespassing. At that point I was very confused, not necessarily distraught. I approached a police officer and had ask him if he could investigate why I had been removed and he insisted that he wasn't going to get involved. I would like to think this was a case of mistaken identity and would like my money back. If this was a case of discrimination because of my skin color I think they should seriously reconsider the people they have running this place. So bottom line up front- if you want a 20 year old to mistreat you for no reason and no one care about your customer rights, go right ahead.\r
