Recently dealt with Coldwell Banker Siewert Agent Ginger Kosmoski who appears to be serving her own (or that of a close friend or relative's) needs above her clients'--sellers or buyers with deceptive practices. She may be deceiving her own seller clients by delaying or withholding offers that do not meet her commission expectations and/or by steering sellers to not accept fair market value offers with false expectations that very unlikely better offers will come through. I encourage all buyers and sellers working through Ginger Kosmoski to talk with each other openly and not rely on her for the facts as they may be way off base.
