Elliots is a great addition to Fort Collins, providing an alternative to the drunken frat-packed bars that are the usual. The martinis are creative and the bartenders friendly. Over all a fun, classy place.
Pros: delicious concoctions, interesting atmosphere
Cons: sort of expensive, especially if you're used to the cheap deals at other bars
