Review content:
Took a bike in there for service with a list of a couple of things I needed them to do. I told them to do nothing else. They paid NO attention to that! They changed my engine/trans oil which wasn't that old and NOT due to be changed. I didn't ask them to do that. Same for the oil filter of course. They took it upon themselves to also change the oil in the rear end as well and left a plug loose, and I got gear lube all over my wheel and tire and the rest of the rear of the bike. I had a real mess to clean up. I didn't want my rear end oil changed, I prefer to do it myself. They also replaced the hydraulic fluid and left the clutch bleeder valve uncovered. I did not want them to touch the hydraulic fluid. I can not recommend their service dept.
