I bought a 2012 Honda Goldwing in Pearl White from Max at Western Honda and the whole experience was smooth start to finish. They had an excellent selection of Wings to choose from, and their pricing was the best in the Valley. There was a small shipping defect on the dash that was picked up on initial inspection and Jason the Service Manager was right on it, taking pictures and getting a replacement part ordered from Honda to make it right. Mike in parts did an excellent job in helping my wife find the right size helmet, and having all of our gear ready when we picked up the bike. This is my second Goldwing and I plan to be a long term customer of Western Honda with service like this.
