Review content:
The atmosphere is certainly not as pleasant as its downtown counterpart. The restaurant is very busy, and the staff is inattentive; a couple of diners can easily be lost in the crowd, as we were. The food was certainly not freshly prepared and we happened to have a 1 hour hiatus between our appetizers and main course. Our server never bothered to come by once, even out of courtesy to make sure we were okay.
We realized we weren't the only ones who were unhappy, as the majority of the tables surrounding us were waiting (not as long as we were) and there was quite a bit of commotion which resulted in the manager coming out to exchange dishes.
Bottom line, this location is defnitely not recommended--this is the first time we've ever had to spend 2 hours for a diner meal..
