I've been going to this salon for the past 4 years, I don't think that I had the same hairdresser twice. They all seem to leave; and I don't blame them. Tonight just pushed me over the edge. When I got to the salon, I had my waxing done and then ask about my hair appointment scheduled with Sarah. Once again they switch hairdresser on me without explaining, but hey, I'm getting use to it. I get my hair done by Kerri, very nice, but didn't really want to do what I ask for. I had a picture and it looks nothing like it. Now that I think of it, I have pictures every time I go there and it never once looked like the photo. Now I'm ready to pay and she tells me the total is 319$. I'm sorry did I buy a new body?? I mean all I had done was half leg, bikini and under arm wax and full foils (that this hairdresser chose to do, now we know why) and a haircut (that looks nothing like what I wanted). I paid and then on my way home was curious of why so much money. So I calculate the prices of what I see on their website which comes to about 235$. I call them up and they tell me that the prices varies on who you have as hairdressers and what these hairdressers choose to charge you. WHAT? I guess this hairdresser they decided to give me at the last minute was a Master Hairdresser. Well I didn't ask for a Master and nobody bothered to explain to me that the prices would be a difference of 80-100$. I mean come on. The manager came to the phone and was snotty and said to me she was in the business for 30 yrs and that it has always been this way. Well I'm sorry but I am NOT in the hairdressing business and it would be nice if you would mention this at some point or disclose this on your website. I mean I don't see anything on their web page that even mentions prices ""starting at"". Oh and that also applies to their waxing ladies... the more experiences they have the more money you spend; which I'm very disappointed in cause I finally had found a great waxer, Linda. So basically I was told by the manager that she would look through the charges and get back to me in the next hour. It's now 4 hours later and still didn't get a call. I would be surprise if I did. I'm just so upset. I've been going there for a long time and was making lots of recommendation...but no more. I'm done. Time to search for a new place. The most frustrating thing is they don't care. It's bad business all around, no customer caring at all. From what I've read on these reviews, it won't change.
