i felt like i really got a good sense of what im purchasing before committing to buying the shoes. the salesperson (Brian) took a look at the way i walked...noticed that i tend to talk flat and that they collapse inward. had me try not just 1 pair of shoes, but 3. had me run on a treadmill they have in the store to look at how the shoes fit my feet and also to listen for the sound that my running makes as a way to see whether the shoes are right for me. had me run outside (i actually ran to the pier) to get a good sense of how the shoes felt. throughout the sale, also, told me various bits of advice on running (i'm starting to run again). an experience i'm willing to enjoy again when i buy shoes the next time. Pros: knowledgeable sales, attentive, thorough
