I have taken my BMW to performance a few times since I moved here and each time wonder why I did not go elsewhere. My service down south in Florida was nothing to brag about, but compared to Performance, I miss it.\r

I have never been offered a loaner vehicle, even when booked in advance. I have asked for them on many occasions, only to find them ""booked."" The funny part about them being ""booked"" is when I go to pick up my car later that day, the same loaners are in the same spot they used to be.\r

Attention to detail was lost somewhere between my turning off the ignition and handing the keys over. I have found on many occasions that rubber insulators in the engine compartment were just placed on the block (potential fan damage), windows and doors have been returned broken (no window or door work to be done), always get my car back dirtier than I left it, oil and coolant lights are a given...\r

The staff is always too busy to answer questions, they are mainly concerned with not talking and getting you out the door.\r

The new facilities look great, but they still provide the same shoddy service and customer care. \r

Do not count on me to buy any vehicle or return for service.
Pros: I know where not to have my BMW serviced
Cons: Poor workmanship and customer care
