Review content:
Have a BMW & an Acura TL and do all the services there, since I work close by. The workmanship is very poor. Have had trims takent out & not put back (more than once), forgot to align head lights, Forgot to put parts back (found them in the trunk). Pinched some harness while fixing power windows problem, leading to not able to open doors from inside at all. They test drove the car after some repair, and almost totally ran it out of gas and gave it bakc to me promptly. Car was given back to me so filthy that I had to call the GM to take a look at it. \r

Drop off and pick up is good. People are very friendly, nice & courteous, but I can say without doubt, the mechanics are very poor in caliber. I doubt, whether they have any QA system at all to make sure that cars were serviced to resolve the issues.
Pros: Couteous, firendly people
Cons: Poorly trained mechanics (Jiffy Lube may be better.....I am not kidding)
