I began having issues with issues with my 2006 3 Series BMW earlier this month where my car would not always start when I tried to turn it on. This happened three times within the last few weeks, so I decided it was time to have my BMW checked out. I wasn't sure if the problem was that my battery was dying, the starter was broken, or something else, so I took my BMW to Performance and asked them if they would be able to figure out what was going on with my car. They said that they would run tests on my vehicle and give me a call when they knew what the problem was. The service advisor quoted me on how much it would cost me to have tests ran on my BMW, which I agreed to. Later that day, I received a call from Performance saying that the problem was with my battery. They explained to me that my battery was not completely dead, but that it would need to be changed sometime in the near future. They asked if I wanted them to replace it while it was already there, which I agreed to do. When I got to the dealership, they had my car ready and washed, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they didn't charge me for the tests they had to run on my BMW like they had originally quoted! I am impressed with the great customer service Performance BMW provided me and I plan to go back there from now on for my BMW service and sales needs!!
