As the owner of a 2008 BMW Li looking to add a small sports car for spirited driving, I went this month to Performance BMW (had previously purchased there multiple times). Buying at the dealership was, as always, a wonderful experience. The attention to detail is unmistakable in terms of the culture of the staff from the greeting at the door, to the personalized demo drive, thru the quick sales process. Kudos to Bob Wohlfarth in sales for his professionalism and his phenomenal explanation of the workings of the equipment on the twin turbo Z4 that I purchased as well as to Erin Woolley for the quickest handling of paper work on record.
All too often folks post reviews to complain, There was nothing to complain about at Performance BMW and everything to praise. Hope to return there for the next Bimmer.
