Growing up in Beverly Hills I passed Renee Strauss for the Bride for years looking forward to shopping there for myself. Obviously I shopped at other stores in the neighborhood too. None came close to the super service, friendly atmosphere and incredible selection I found at Renee Strauss. After reading other reviews and seeing a negative one about a dress being wrong - uneducated consumers have no idea how business works. Samples are true to the finished product because they are created from patterns that do not change from dress to dress. It truly seems to me that this person was plain and simply, unreasonable. I loved my experience from purchase through to alterations. I had the Lady-in-Waiting service which was fabulous. The staff is the greatest. There are thank you letters lining the walls in that store and mine will be the next on posted, I HOPE!
