Review content:
We are the third homeowners of a Mayer Home in Eureka, MO. We moved in April 2001, after three months our basement drainage pipe started backing up, note that we are on top of hill in the subdivision. I hired Kastner Plumbing to find the back up issue. When the plumber scoped the main drain under our foundation, we exposed the main waste pipe, we found a 6 foot piece of 2 x 4 in the main waste pipe. This was caused by the building of this Mayer Home and guess what, I got stuck with the issue, headache, and cost of fixing it. The workman ship on Mayer Home's is shoddy workman ship and this company has no accountability in the houses they are building. New homeowners and New home buyers beware.\r Now, today I am getting a new roof, my roofer shows me that the builder (Mayer Homes) didn't even install tar paper on the plywood of the roof before installing the shingles. So now I will need to replace the plywood on my roof that is ruined. If Mayer Homes would like to cut me a check for my headaches that would be great since I inherited the results of their shoddy workmanship.
