Review content:
Excellent outcome from discectomy of L4-L5 disc. Absolutely terrible customer service. People that answer the phone will always send you to a ""press 1 for.."" sort of robotic system. When you come to the end of your three minutes... expect that nobody will call you back within the next couple of days. I had my 6 week post op appointment well over a week ago, still waiting to find out if I have weight limits.. etc. Until they fix their system.. don't go there.
