The nerve of these folks! I walked in & ordered a burger & a chicken with pasta dish...at 30 minutes I asked for status...took an additional 10 to get the food. I asked for a goodwill gesture (free desert) & they failed to make this until I reminded them again. When I asked for a manager, she suggested that I should have asked her for the free desert. When I asked her why she never came up and asked me if there was a problem when 1) I was the only one waiting in the small lobby & 2) I was clearly upset, she said she never saw me. To see if they were consistent, we went there the next night after calling in a dessert to-go. My wife was never greeted in the lobby, & after 5 minutes, she had to flag someone down to get her order.\r

Food was decent but the attitude and lack of service at this restaurant is more than I can overlook
Pros: Brownie dessert was great, burger was good
Cons: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
