Review content:
The management seems nice at first but don't let Pam and Charles Clifford fool you. They are living in a Tim Berton's movie and you have no idea that your apart of it. Pam who looks her pointy nose down at you and Cliff who can't remember a thing unless it affects him in a way he can take advantage to fit his needs. You may not own an aggressive bread dog unless you are his daughter who has a boxer or a maintenance man who owns a pitbull. The pool is a nice feature however it is a privileged not a perk even though part of your space rent pays for the insurance. Also they just raised the rent for utility's even though the news was reporting a decrease in and when you call the company's they have not raised the rate out hear in 3 yrs and are not planning on it. Plus you may want to keep the regulation book handy. Cliff has been known to charge renter of the park fee's for cleaning the gutters or up keep for the weeds. Don't let him bully you the maintenance men are suppose to do that but not to many will call him out on it. If he don't like you they will tell everyone your a dealer without any proof. Good new Cliff is suppose to retire this year but he has came back multi times. So if you love been harassed and pay for things that you all ready pay for then this is the place for you. Everyone loves a good roller coaster ride!
