Moving back to the bay and I had to find a new dentist. I came across Dr. Cavailli on the Aetna preferred provider site, looked over his reviews and thought I would give him a try. The office is a little dated and they work from all paper documents. I think this is great and feel confident in their ability to keep my records straight and in proper order. His receptionist does her job and keeps everything running smoothly, the “I's” are dotted and the “T's” crossed on her watch. Take a minute and talk with her, she really is awesome and very sweet. Dr. Cavalli is the most amazing dentist I have ever met; he is what every dentist should be. If you want smoke and mirrors or to be ripped off, find someone else. You will get honest answers and explanations that you can understand, true professional care and not feel like you are being over charged or having work done that is unnecessary. I have never had a dentist personally call me on a Saturday to discuss an issue with my insurance. I have the utmost respect for this dentist and how he opertates his practice. I hope that he has the opportunity to share his very unique outlook on quality dental care with dental students. The world would truly be a much better place with more medical/dental care professionals like Dr. Cavalli. Thanks Dr. Cavalli for being such an upstanding person and bucking the status quoi of the dental world!
