Review content:
I should mention that I work in retail myself, so I have a low tolerance for bad customer service. HOWEVER, my consultant, Natalie, is one of the best examples of not just ""service"", but actually caring about the customer. Because I procrastinated and my wedding date was coming soon, she went out of her way for me by calling the designer ON HER DAY OFF to get my gown reserved. I was a real pest and couldn't decide on which color I wanted my dress, so she took the time to Photoshop a picture of my gown to the other color (the silly designers don't usually show more than 1 color on their site/catalog). Come to find out after my visit, she's got mad Photoshop skills because she's actually a bridal DESIGNER! No wonder she gets the credit for picking my favorite dress! She was honest about things that wouldn't work, and suggested things that would be best for me. Ask for Natalie if you want a fun, easy bridal shopping experience!
P.S. Between my first and second visits, they painted the store and remodeled the bathroom. Maybe there's no chandelier, but you know, it seems like Weddings by Debbie sure passes along the price of their pretty store to the brides. I saved about $250 by ordering the same dress from Ventura's...well worth my drive from Katy. Something to think about!
